Big life changes.  Sounds daunting and difficult to deal with, right ?
We all experience them in our lifetime.  Some more than others and some even more extreme.

In the small acts of our intimate, private, everyday lives do we see beauty or darkness ?
Often It makes sense to focus our attention on the the things that really aren't fair, hard or that just plain stink ~  The beautiful is often found right beneath our feet: in our home, with our family, in the garden, kitchen, visiting with friends, colors in the earth and sharing with those in need. What is good...is beautiful.

We put our life in order because we choose to live beautifully. When we decide to set it to a level we desire, it feels as if we have pushed the refresh button, but is the button often hard to find ? When I 'm in need of more beauty, I'm instinctively drawn to nature, the crisp clean air and solitude.  The colors from the sky, water, sun, mountain trees and now the beach.

Claude Monet, who's wife was Alice (My name) said :  "Nature does not stand still...Nature is the most discerning guide, if one submits oneself completely to it, but when it disagrees with you, all is finished.  One cannot fight nature."   Let nature guide you.

Just like seasons, our life is made for change. So I traveled from the rocky mountain tops to the sandy ocean shores to finish writing this amazing book, "Celebrate Your Wings. "
Hopefully it will soon be in your hands, where ever you may be.This trip, turned into a sacred time for my soul.  Each breath a new birth, Each moment a new chance.  Gathering my dreams for my friends while waves broke behind my wings.  I stretched them as strong and broad towards the sky as I flew.  The beauty of the sea blew energy into my flight, and I soared !

The 3rd day writing in my regular spot on the shore with celery and peanut butter, and my new regular friends stopping by to chat. Some two legged, others with four, and even many with feathers.
It seemed that as I walked the shores, she brought me the best gifts right in the portion of seashore where I choose to sit. As if she knew my reason for being there.

I am sure today that i now know. My spirit is shared with the tranquil sounds of the sea along with the smells of the mountain tops. But did I really have to return to snow and cold ?!!
Saying goodbye to my new sister friend the ocean, seemed sobering. Good thing she gifted me, many of her offerings to take home as treasures. My heart is full ...along with my pockets of sand and rocks.

Be willing to make big life changes in order to give your life greater form and meaning.  Recommit yourself to celebrate you with flight in your thoughts and in your acts of self-expression. I am thankful for much because, what is good...IS beautiful.  Be true to the big changes that can happen for you. Imitation is deadly and the good life has not boundaries....only opportunity.

The power of the word "authentic" has always been my favorite.
Another new favorite now is~ ineffable: to great or extreme to be expressed or described in words.
Let's fly daily, with the word "ineffable," beautifully penned upon our wings.
